Digital Data Acquisition and Intelligent Visualization with pvaPRO
SI Mass has been using the MES FASTEC 4 PRO for digital data acquisition for some time, increasing efficiency and gaining better control over production processes. pvaPRO serves as a dashboard add-on, allowing production data already collected with FASTEC 4 PRO to be centrally and clearly analyzed in the web-based cloud-native application. Collected data also includes machine runtimes, shift times, and reasons for machine downtimes. This information helps management quickly identify production bottlenecks and inefficiencies and take appropriate action.
Before implementing FASTEC 4 PRO, machine data acquisition at SI Mass relied on a manual system. Employees recorded produced quantities and machine runtimes on paper, later transferring the data into Excel.
